Refund and Returns Policy

At Piaglasnii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product(s) you have received, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • The item should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation or receipt) is required for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved or specially tailored items)
  • Opened or used electronic items and batteries
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@piaglasnii.com or call (309) 932-1056 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Prepare the Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Please include the original invoice or receipt, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • If you used store credit or a gift card, your refund will be issued in the same form.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error or the product is defective.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the best approach is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the exchange item. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost. To ensure we handle your case promptly, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
